Currently seeking a Catering and Event Sales Manager for a great opportunity with an established and growing fine dining restaurant company. The ideal candidate must have catering sales management experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant.

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Responsibilities of the Catering and Event Sales Manager

  • Attain the financial objectives of the business through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes, including a focus on the revenue and profit components.
  • Increase revenue through up-selling and promotional programs, and improve employee product knowledge and training.
  • Complete knowledge and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.

Requirements of the Catering and Event Sales Manager

  • Must be entrepreneurial and visionary, yet be very hands-on, with a positive can-do attitude, which reflects the company's corporate culture
  • Must have high intellect and analytical capabilities and place a premium on mental stamina and enjoy performing at high levels of focus
  • Must also include project management, problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to communicate with other employees up and down the organizational chart and lead a group toward a common vision
  • Must be well organized, computer literate, detail-oriented, and have the ability to delegate responsibility as needed
